The Bible
Belief Statement
We believe the Bible, that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are God’s inspired Word, and that they are the only rule of faith and practice.
God
We believe in one true and living God, and that there are Three manifestations eternally existing: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
Jesus
We believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God the Father, that He was conceived of the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, that He was crucified, buried, resurrected from the dead, ascended into heaven and now is at God the Father’s right hand as man’s intercessor.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism with the Holy Ghost and that subsequent speaking with other tongues is the initial evidence.
Salvation
We believe that all have sinned; that justification, regeneration and the new birth are wrought by faith through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
Holiness
We believe that holiness is God’s standard of living for His people; and that there is eternal life for the righteous and everlasting punishment for the wicked.
Water Baptism
Holy Communion
We believe in the observance of the Lord’s supper, and washing of the Saints feet, all true believers in the Lord Jesus Christ should share in it.
Divine Healing
We believe that divine healing is included in God’s plan of Salvation.
Spiritual Gifts
We believed in the manifestation of the Gifts of the Spirit, and the fruit of the Spirit.
These are given for the blessing and edification of the whole Church (the body of Christ)
Giving
We believe in tithing and and giving to be the scriptural means of supporting God’s cause on earth.
The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the pre-millennial Second Coming of Christ, the resurrection of the righteous dead and the catching-away of the living saints in the air.
We believe in water baptism by immersion and all who truly repent will be baptized.
